Greek Island Hopping!

Welcome to the Cycladic islands where you'll experience the land of the Ancient Greeks and enjoy the beautiful historical monuments, beaches, and the welcoming hospitality. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Arrival: Upon arriving in the city of Athens you will spend the rest of the day on your own after checking into your hotel.

 

Day 2: On day two you will be picked up by a knowledgable tour guide and go explore the ruins of Athens like the Acropolis and the Panathenaic Stadium with a stop for an authentic lunch cuisine.

 

Day 3: A day trip to Delphi, Greece. One of the most famous historic sites in Greece and known as the sanctuary of Apollo and his oracle. The UNESCO World Heritage site seats on a mountain which makes it the highest point of Greece, you'll enjoy lunch and boutique shopping. 

 

Day 4: You will head to the island of Mykonos by a ferry for two days on your own. A recommended first stop is the Chora (Old Town) which is a town of narrow whitewashed alleys and blue balconies. 

 

Day 6: You will head to the island of Santorini by a ferry for 1.5 days on your own to enjoy the views of the Caldera and volcano. A recommended first stop is a boat ride to witness the sunset and tour of the wineries.  Your adventure will end with a ride to the airport for your departure for home. 

 

In each destination, you will enjoy some world-class cultural, historical architecture buildings, museums, authentic cuisine, and wines. The photographic opportunities are infinite and the memories you'll come home with will be priceless and you'll be ready to plan your next adventure.

*This is an active getaway and most days can be physically demanding! The terrain can be uneven including paved roads and cobblestone streets, with some hills and stairs.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

 

  • A completed and signed Booking Form must be submitted and funds deposited via PayPal to toni@acrossNabroadTravel.com

  • A passport is required for all travel outside the U.S (if applicable).

  • Passport must be valid for at least six months after the date of travel and contain at least two blank Visa pages (if applicable).

  • Before international travel, always check the State Department's website for important info on the destination and its entry/exit requirements (if applicable). 

  • Not all excursions are handicapped accessible, please contact across N abroad Travel at 240-200-0956 for details.

  • Check CDC for vaccination requirements at https://www.cdc.gov/features/vaccines-travel/index.html

  • Cancellation is permitted within 40-days before departure and in writing. A refund minus deposit and administration cost of $35. 

  • Transfer are accepted in writing and accepted minus any air arrangement at least 40-days in advance.

All clients traveling both internationally and domestically are responsible for present proper identification upon flight check-in and when clearing security or Customs. It is the traveler's responsibility to provide the correct documents and failure to do so may result in being denied boarding for the flight. Regrettably, we are unable to refund unused flights, hotel, or features because of denied boarding situations. It is also the traveler's responsibility to know the details of the travel insurance.
